My Gym Trainer is a set of notebooks. Each notebook has pages that are laminated and can be removed or kept in the notebook. I take out a weeks worth of cards and put them on the handy caribeaner that came with my notebook. Then,I just stick it in my gym bag and no more guessing what to do at the gym!
Each card has a different workout. It shows pictures of the weight machine or free weights and tells how to perform that exercise and how many reps to do.My arms and legs are showing more muscle definition and I know how to use more equipment at my gym! I love the variety of workouts and I love not having to hire a trainer!
